Offer: 21 m² office for permanent use
For unit L10-207, we are looking for tenants – primarily from the social / non-profit organisation / political education or crafts sectors – who want to work in the Lause on a long-term basis and are keen to get involved in a self-organised and self-managed project.
The office is located on the 2nd floor of the Gewerbehof and has a large window front with a view of the courtyard. The office shares a kitchen and toilets with several other users.

Shares / deposit
A total of 11 co-operative shares of € 250 (€ 2,750 in total) must be subscribed for the unit. The shares must be paid upon subscription of the co-operative shares.
A deposit does not have to be paid.
Criteria
Applications that fulfil the following criteria will be given preference:
- does the project fit into our established utilisation ratio of around 20% workshops / crafts, 35% social and political projects / educational work and 45% small businesses / freelance work?
- does the project increase the diversity – especially the proportion of BIPOC, migrant users and organisations as well as users from disabled people's networks – of the Lause community?
- is the project already rooted in the neighbourhood and at risk of displacement?
- is the project oriented towards the common good / solidarity / social criticism?
For units larger than 25 m², groups with several users are favoured over individuals as users (does not apply to crafts).
